Ashley House developed its first primary care project in 1991 and is now a national organisation and a recognised innovator in tailored solution service development. Ashley House has created, in close consultation with its clients, a comprehensive range of construction related services relevant to today’s ever changing healthcare environment.

  • 2011 Disposal of holding on AH Medical Properties plc
  • 2010 Acquisition of SPS; a specialist mental health and social care development business
  • 2009 Acquisition of healthcare property development company (SPCD) from Lloydspharmacy 
  • 2009 Ashley House consortium appointed by DH as one of only seven private sector partners able to undertake new Express LIFT work
  • 2008 Ashley House acquires private sector interests in 7 LIFTCo’s
  • 2007 Ashley House admitted to AIM Market
  • 2006 Ashley House Clinical Services formed
  • 2004 Ashley House property company formed (later AH Medical Properties plc)
  • 2000 The company floats on OFEX (now PLUS markets)
  • 1991 Ashley House develops first GP surgery
