Asset and Estate Management

With an in-house team of estates professionals Ashley House is able to deliver expert asset and estate management services.

Ashley House offers estate management services to PCTs,LIFTCo’s and Foundation Trusts helping estate owners to explore the possibilities of whole estates management structures.

Under such arrangements an estate can be bought into a JV vehicle (such as a LIFTCo) and then developed and managed by Ashley House.

This approach can release funding and provide capital for estates development and re-configuration.
