With an in-house team of estates professionals Ashley House is able to deliver expert asset and estate management services. Ashley House manages the portfolio of its sister property company AH Medical Properties plc.

AH Medical Properties plc offers estate management services to PCTs and LIFTCo’s and sale and leaseback opportunities to GPs. We are helping PCTs, often through our LIFTCo’s, explore the possibilities of whole estates management structures. Under such arrangements estate can be bought into a JV vehicle (such as a LIFTCo) and then developed and managed by Ashley House.
