Project Summary
The building is a two-storey medical centre with ground floor surgery and administrative space on the first floor It includes space for future expansion as the area has a fast growing population.  The Bucks PCT have also established their own offices in the building.

Points of Interest
The site was developed in close cooperation with English Partnerships, who unusually, had power to grant or withhold planning approval.
The Medical Centre was set up and operated from temporary accom-modation until the new premises were completed.
