From Converted Cottage to Modern Premises

Project situation: A rural 4 GP Practice with a Dispensary

Project brief: To find a suitable site on which to relocate the Practice out of a converted Oxfordshire cottage in Milton under Wychwood, into new, DDA compliant premises.

Project solution: Farming land was located in the next village, adjacent to a low cost housing development, and close to a recently developed Village Hall, which helped in achieving a planning consent to provide the new Surgery.

Points of interest: The GP’s were promised a site on which we achieved a planning approval
