Project Summary
This development is a three storey surgery for a five doctor practice, which also includes a pharmacy.  The doctors have chosen to lease the premises.

Points of Interest
During construction of the new surgery, the practice operated out of two properties locally.  This is AH first job where floor tiles have been used for the entrance hall as opposed to carpet.

This was a very difficult site to develop due to the location being on a busy T junction of a major traffic route.
