To find a site on which to build new premises for a two partner training practice of 299m²

Previous Situation
The previous dispensing surgery housed two partners and a practice nurse in a small bungalow which had previously been extended to provide an additional six rooms which included the waiting room and dispensary.

There was no room for the practice manager who had to carry out her administrative duties from home.

Options Available
No land available for further expansion
New site required in a built up village

Solution
Ashley House was engaged to find a site on which to build new premises for a two partner training practice of 299m².  The surgery was to include a dispensary and also space for service enhancement and service management.

Ashley House gave the doctors, who were undecided, the option to determine at a later stage whether to own or lease the proposed new premises.
