This is a second surgery for the Watlington practice and houses two GP’s in a surgery on a green field site, previously owned by a local farmer.
Of interest
Additional street lighting and a footpath were required to enable access to the site.
Ashley House became involved with the project after the plans for the main surgery project had been developed. However, they were able to purchase necessary land, finalise the designs, gain planning permission and complete the building before the main surgery had been constructed.
