Solution to relocate practice into expanded premises

Description: 3GP Practice

Project Status: Completed
Project situation: Provision of premises to relocate a local 3GP practice out of a converted Victorian end of terrace house.

Project brief: Ashley House were appointed to provide a solution to relocate the practice into expanded premises from which they could extend the number of healthcare services provided. The site needed to be very close to their existing surgery due to a restricted patient catchment area.

Project solution: Three storey modern, compliant, fit for purpose premises offering general medical services.

Points of interest: The site was acquired from Octagon Developments who subsequently obtained planning consent for the redevelopment of the entire former Brunel University site at Richmond Lock. Octagon are developing a range of multi million pound houses adjacent to the site
