Extra Care Housing Development, for people with learning, physical and sensory disabilities
Ashley House are working in partnership with St.Helens council and Inclusion Housing to develop a new build extra care scheme comprising 27 bungalows and a staff/care base
The proposed development will provide a new extra care housing facility for St.Helens Council. Ashley house have purchased a contaminated site off St.Helens Council to develop the specialist housing scheme which will be leased to Inclusion Housing over a 20 year period.
The development will provide 27 bungalow units all designed to full accessible standards with one small on site support office and communal meeting room, ten units will be used to re-house service users with learning disabilities and the remaining seventeen units will be used to house service users with physical and sensory disabilities.
