Five partner practice required Ashley House to include hung tiles to the first floor of the building to reflect the local architectural design

Project Summary
The developers of this two storey, five partner practice required Ashley House to include hung tiles to the first floor of the building to reflect the local architectural design.  There were a number of listed buildings in the area which meant we needed to adhere to certain building constraints.

Point of Interest
The doctors had been looking for a site for over 10 years.  Ashley House had been involved in their search for the last seven years.  The site was finally acquired from Surrey County Council and was surplus land from a local school.  Residential planning had been refused and Ashley House had first to establish use as a medical centre for the site, prior to entering into the bidding process and acquiring the land.
