Ashley House plc together with its subsidiary, F1 Modular Limited has successfully secured a place on the NH2 Framework for modular housing development operated by the procurement body, LHC.
16 companies were admitted to the framework. Ashley House and F1M secured a place on 150 lots, more than any other provider, with the next securing 126 lots, followed by a third on 68 lots.
The fully OJEU compliant framework is for the off-site construction of new homes (design, manufacture, supply and erection) and is available for public sector organisations in England, Wales and Scotland.
Winning this bid is testament to the ongoing commitment and dedication of the Ashley House and F1 Modular teams developing a robust, competitive modular construction offering that is enabling F1 Modular to be recognised as a leader in the offsite construction industry.
Social landlords are often under pressure to build high quality, best value housing within short timescales. The framework allows local authorities, housing associations and other social landlords easy access to off-site manufactured volumetric and panelised building systems for the use in new home build projects. It includes the option of a turnkey solution including design, manufacture, supply, installation and construction services.
