Our Impact
Serving communities with the provision of better care
Our Social Value
To improve access to better services and environments in the health and affordable housing sectors. We help to improve outcomes across the UK by providing expertise to support clients (predominantly the public sector, charities and social enterprises) in achieving the most cost effective health and community care property solutions for their health and social care services.
As a business, our primary concern is enabling the provision of better care
We achieve this by maintaining a user-centred focus and developing our unique property solutions through entrepreneurial partnerships with key stakeholders. Working this way, we are able to deliver facilities that are not only ideally suited to their users, but which also have the ability to stimulate better health and quality of life in the community as a whole.
The Social Stock Exchange (SSX) was launched in June 2013 with the aim of helping businesses that deliver a social or environmental impact to connect with investors. All member companies must meet a rigorous set of criteria before joining, and produce an annual Impact Report. Approved membership of the Social Stock Exchange currently stands at 29 firms with a combined market capitalisation of nearly £2bn.
In January 2015, in collaboration with the SSX, ICAP Securities & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NEX Exchange) launched the SSX branded market segment for impact businesses. NEX Exchange is a Recognised Investment Exchange operating a regulated market and a growth market and provides a secondary market trading facility. NEX Exchange is supervised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Ashley House plc is a founding member of the Social Stock Exchange. The Company’s shares are dual listed on the
Social Stock Exchange segment of the NEX Exchange growth market with effect from 10th February 2016. The Company will remain admitted to trading on AIM following admission to NEX Exchange.

“we are definitely making a difference for people here, and also the best thing is that people tell us we are making a difference for them … I have had some really lovely feedback.”
Our Awards
Being recognised and rewarded by leaders in our field is testimony to the strength and success of the partnerships we have developed on each of those projects. We consistently strive to ensure that the outcome of all the projects we deliver will ensure the improvement of the lives of the local communities which those new facilities serve.
